I have been working at HKDW since 2018.
In addition to the standard agenda of Czech law, I focus on other specific areas of law within the law firm, e.g. EU law focusing primarily on the regulation of the EU internal market and implementation of EU legislation into national legal systems (including Czech law), pharmaceutical law, human rights protection at international level (ECHR) and Common law.
I am registered in the Register of Trainee Lawyers of the Czech Bar Association.
In 2018 I received a Master of Laws degree (LL. M.) from Leiden University in the Netherlands, specialisation in European Law. I graduated from the University of London with a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B.) degree. At the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague I passed examinations in the basic fields of Czech law and received a Certificate of Recognition of Foreign Higher Education and Qualifications in the Czech Republic.
I provide legal services equally in Czech and English.
