I specialise in litigation, i.e. representation in judicial and arbitration proceedings, administrative proceedings, M&A, property law, competition law, intellectual property law, media law, criminal law, insolvency and restructuring.

Membership:

I am registered in the Register of Lawyers of the Czech Bar Association. I am an arbitrator at the Arbitration Court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic. I am a member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and also a member of the remonstrance committee of the Office for the Protection of Competition.

Education:

I graduated from the Faculty of Law – Charles University in Prague in 1997.
