After working at leading Czech law firms, I ran my own law firm, AK Pohl, from 2011 to 2025. In 2026, I merged it with HKDW HOLASEK, where I became a partner.
I specialize in litigation, i.e. representation in judicial and arbitration proceedings, corporate law, M&A, commercial contracts and energy law.
I am registered in the Register of Lawyers of the Czech Bar Association. I am a member of the legal association United Legal Network. I am the representative of the Czech Bar Association on the Company Law Committee of the CCBE.
In 2002, I graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and subsequently spent a study abroad program at the University of Salzburg.
